Fab Designer: Liz Carroll

It's been a while since I featured a fellow interior designer on my blog.  Liz Carroll is not only someone I call a friend, but an incredibly talented designer.  One of the rooms she designed was recently featured on Project Nursery.  Did you see it?  I adore the color combination of gorgeous apple green, navy, white and neutrals.  It's so fresh and inviting.  I have no doubt the little boy that gets to call this room his own is loving every square inch of it!

Here are the sources for the room...

Headboards: West Elm
Bedding: Pottery Barn
Night Stand: World's Away
Dresser:  Young America (mix collection)
Animal Busts: Anthropologie
Bedside Lamp: Robert Abbey
Green Accent Pillows:  John Robshaw
Green Throws: IKEA
Morocaan Pouf: Amazon
Zebra Print: Pottery Barn
Paint Color: Sailcloth by Benjamin Moore

You can see more of Liz's beautiful work on her website here.

I so prefer a sophisticated and stylish nursery to the cutsey. Love this color combination as well. I would have never thought of it, there's one of the benefits of a professional I guess :)
Really like it.

I love this post! I have a seamstress coming next week to pick up my Ralph Lauren Lighthouse fabric to make those exact drapes:))) you just got me that much more excited about it. Thanks for sharing.

I love the mix of green with the black and white. Definitely a room that's not over themed and will grow with the child.

Very lovely!

I want those wooden animals (book stands)! Do you know that I collect vintage wooden animals? (Crazy at this age...).

I'm in love with this color combination and that you could use it for a little girl as well and have some fun with the accessories. I hadn't seen this before so thanks for the intro to her work.
