This years Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House was designed by the talented Erika Powell of Urban Grace Interiors. Wow - it just keeps going with the fun stuff! I loved the ping pong table (why not change the colors??) but of course the bunk rooms were awesome too...and what lovely outdoors spaces - a must in a beach house. :) Hope you're well Marianne - do you have time for a little outing week after next for a shopping trip to WK?
